With opportunities for career advancement available, this will potentially encourage employee retention and workplace loyalty. Employers will be able to build a team of skilled mechatronic technicians who are highly specialised and well-versed in thier company's technologies. This will not only lead to higher efficiency and productivity, but also lessen companies' dependence on foreign experts and workers in the long run.
